The challenge was a get-well card for a forum member who was going into the hospital for an operation on his jaw. Thinking of jaws and hospitals led to this attempt at transforming a jawbone into an old-fashioned nurse's cap. The jaw bone and cap are modified Photo Objects. The number of colors and the number of frames were reduced to keep GIF file size small -- both of which affected the smoothness of the motion and transformation adversely.
