The way the hose was hanging reminded me of a woman's hair, so I selected the hose and used the clone & smudge tools to eliminate the straps and bars. I selected the hanger bracket and applied one of Al Ward's layer styles, added some highlights with a brush and then put on some jewels with a brush and an emboss style. The backdrop was made with the Render>Clouds filter and a gradient. The woman's face is a modified Photo Object. The font is Deutsche Schreibschrift (replicated in two colors and slightly offset) and reads, 'Medusa'. The frame is from One Click Wow.
