A second look at the cat led to wondering if it might be a cloth cat instead of a ceramic one. I added a fabric texture to the cat, decided it would make a good pillow and that led to this image. The girl and blue pillow are a modified Photo Object. The rug is a fill pattern modified with the Transform>Perspective tool.
