Once in a military mood, I decided to give the Navy equal time. I made the flag from the current Union flag and a red field -- the result is supposed to look like the flag that British ships flew during the conflict with France in the 18th century (and perhaps later as well). The rigging in the background was taken from a stock photo of a sailing ship.
