I suppose the globe under the octopus in the Challenge image reminded me of bubbles. In any case, I removed the mermaid and the sailor and restored the octopus arms, then replaced the crown of the head with a plainer dome and duplicated the eye. The bubbles are from the Eye Candy plug-in The clouds are a brush with an added shadow layer.
