The matter transporter in the previous image brought to mind Dr. Who and the Tardis. The cab on the railcar was used as the model for this police call box. The man, phone, beer bottle, fireplug and streetlamp are modified Photo Objects. The poster and the grafitti were borrowed from a previous Challenge response. The manhole cover was created in Elements; the sidewalk and brick walls are modified fill patterns.
