The streetlights in the fog in the original image caught my eye and persuaded me to try to duplicate the effect. The receding streetlights, the taillights and the fog were all created in Elements. A blurred and color reduced version of one of the mower arms was placed in the foreground and a section of rock and gravel from the original patched in. The bit of rail just visible under the mower head is from a stock photo.
