This one 'came clear while fiddling' -- I had isolated the column and created a new base and background for it as preparation for substituting a new face on the front when I began playing with various filter effects. I hit on the reticulation filter for this effect and got a '2001' flash, then decided to add a splash of color to emphasize the remaining black theme.
