The discolored ivory figure reminded me of colors you see in a polluted stream, which I attempted to recreate here. The colors are picked up from the figure. The bubbles were made with the Eye Candy filter. The can began as a shiny Photo Object to which I added distortion, rust and noise. The water was manufactured and colored with a gradient map. The rocks are a fill pattern.
